THE BEGINNING
MORNING

Our bags were ready. It was my first time to visit Puerto Galera. It’s a best place to spend a summer vacation and I heard so much wonderful things about this place.

We started traveling at 4 a.m. and we made sure that we have enough food during our trip. When we were in the bus we appreciate the nature views. We never get tired but spent our time viewing outside and amazed of the nature beauties.

Exactly 9 a.m. we arrived at Puerto Galera. The natives welcome us with a warm smile and offered us juice. I was so amazed of the beauty of the island. I like the white sand and the clear water. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my day splashing.

I was so excited to check our room and so happy to finally rest for while. I like the beauty of the room. It was so neat, big and yet affordable. They offered spa treatment. They were professionals in dealing with us. They were so expert in body massaging and they talked so much about their place and that keep us more excited to explore the
AFTERNOON

Our lunch was special they offered crabs, grilled fish and sea weeds. It tasted so fresh and cooked so special.

It was a sunny afternoon; most of the people are in the beach. Some are buildings sand castle while some are enjoying the big waves.

It was a great time to spend the whole afternoon in the sea and explore it.

We went to the snorkeling area. It was my first time to try it and I was so excited. The water gets bluer and deeper. At first I was afraid of jumping out from our boat but since I love water I easily conquer that fear.

We enjoyed watching the colorful fishes. I appreciate the beauty of the sea. It was my first time to see seahorse. I thought it was a big creature but it’s so tiny.

After 2 hours we went back to the sea shore. It was a great experienced and I was so happy for what I saw. I remember my family and friends so I started buying shirts and accessories for them. The crafts were personally made by the natives. They were so proud of their items.
EVENING

The beach now turns a romantic beach. Everyone was waiting for the sunset. I love sunset and I always looking forward for it.

We had our dinner in a nearby restaurant. The food was fresh and yummy. They also offered free drinks. During the night it was party time. We heard loud sounds and everyone was in a party mood.

It was unforgettable vacation for us. It was the first time that we go out of town together. I thought we can’t make it because of our busy schedules and we were so happy that we still find time to have a quality time together.

Since then I started looking forward for my yearly summer vacation. I know everyone needs to relax for a while to have a quality time together with their family. I need a quite time sometimes to reevaluate myself and start focusing on the things that is happening in my life. Being away for sometimes is a big help to recharge myself.

Having a quality time with my family is priceless and I am looking forward for our next summer vacation.
