THE BEGINNING
MORNING
Well, the spring quarter just started at UCSD and I'm back for more. This is my second year at UCSD and I'm taking some GE (general education) courses as well as some lower division classes for my major.
My typical school day starts by getting up around 7:30 am. I make sure that I have all my books and binders since I carpool with a friend. He comes by to pick me up between 8 to 8:30 am.
If I get up early enough, I'll grab something to eat. Normally, cereal is the best. Otherwise I'll just eat an apple or whatever is in the refrigerator.
We park in the carpool spots close to Muir College. We have to get there early since there are a few carpool spots that are close to the classrooms. These spots are closer than regular student parking spots.
AFTERNOON
During the day, I'll attend my classes. Today, I went to my early class and then went to grab a bite down in the food court.
The food court has all types of food and lots of tables to sit and eat. I got a turkey sandwich and ice tea. After lunch, I had some time to hang out with some friends.
We went upstairs to play a little pool. I'm not that great of a player but its very relaxing and fun. I played a couple of games and then went to my next class.
EVENING
That evening I went to hang out with some friends I didn't see over the winter break. We go to the Friday's restaurant nearby. We talk about the break and our classes and everything else.
After eating our fill, we go see the movie 21 at the movie complex in La Jolla. I like the movie. I've been to Vegas a couple of times and I'll will write about that sometime.
When the evening is over, I head home. Its a good start to the new quarter.
