Plan A Day For A Romantic Dinner
A romantic dinner, every once in a while, can stir up any relationship and bring two people closer.
Start with a clean home. Vacuum. Take out the garbage. Put away all the unnecessary items.
Make it appear as if you are walking into a painting. Better to put in a little effort
than to wonder if they are looking at you or that pile of mess.
Try to mix the music with both their favorite songs with your favorite songs. Or if you’re unsure,
stick to simple. Classical music can be good especially if you want to strike up conversation during
the meal. For this reason, you should keep the volume down to a minimum.
Scented candles or flowers are the normal backdrops to a romantic environment. They both have a nice
visual appeal and pleasant smells. Candles have an added bonus of being able to turn off the regular
lights. This will remove other possible distractions from the moment.
And, of course, the meal itself should be something special. Our taste buds hunger for flavor and
variety. So, try having smaller portions of several delicious platters. For example, make a little
pasta. Add some grilled chicken with lemon sauce. Maybe some corn on the cob. And, a glass of wine to wash it down.
Every meal should end on a good note. Especially a romantic one. Ice cream is always a good choice. Put
some hot chocolate syrup on vanilla ice cream. Or, a piece of apple pie with a little ice cream on top. If
you must go healthy, cut up some fruits with some dipping sauce, like melted cheese or honey.
Make tonight's dinner a special one. Then, write about your experience on our website, Gazillion Days, to keep it yours forever.
